    The transaction enables Benson Elliot to remain at the forefront of real estate private equity investing, further strengthen its unique culture and talent whilst leveraging PineBridge’s global infrastructure to grow its current product offering and expand to complementary strategies. Following completion of the acquisition, Benson Elliot’s entire team of 40 professionals will join PineBridge.
