Julie serves as Chief Operating Officer of Berkshire, with enterprise responsibility for the firm’s operations, human resources, and regulatory compliance functions. She oversees the infrastructure, governance, and people strategy that support Berkshire’s global platform.

Julie joined Berkshire in February 2000 and brings more than 25 years of industry experience. As COO, she is responsible for firmwide operational management, including human capital strategy, benefits and payroll, performance management, recruiting and talent development, corporate citizenship initiatives, regulatory reporting, and shareholder administration. Julie plays a central role in corporate governance and works closely with senior leadership to drive operational excellence, risk management, and organizational effectiveness across the firm.
