Transaction Summary:
The 35% investment will support Dinimus’ growth through improved distribution and product enhancement, capitalising on the expanding mid-market private credit demand. As part of the investment, the Dinimus Board will welcome Tim Samway, the Scarcity Partners Chair, as its non-executive Chair and Justin McLaughlin, Scarcity Partners’ Investment Director, as a Non-Executive Director.
