Berkshire Global Advisors acted as financial advisor to Rocaton Investment Advisors

The acquisition will significantly expand Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s retirement and advisory platform to provide a more fully integrated suite of advisory and discretionary services, which will allow Goldman Sachs Asset Management to offer more holistic and customized services to its clients. Rocaton will remain in Norwalk, Connecticut, operating under the Rocaton name with access to Goldman Sachs global resources and respected investment acumen as one of the world’s leading investment advisers.
