The sale of this passive, minority stake allows Douglass Winthrop to remain independent, with access to growth capital to accelerate strategic priorities, realize synergistic opportunities and provide long-term leadership continuity. With this transaction, Kudu now has 17 partner firms and more than $650 million in capital commitments to date.
